Be Your Best Self: Skills for Coping, Feeling, and Relating, at the Counseling Center

Be Your Best Self is a 50-minute seminar that meets once a week for four weeks. Students learns valuable self-help skills focusing on topics including stress, mindfulness, emotions, personal priorities & values, interpersonal effectiveness, and tolerating distress. Walk-ins are welcome!

Mondays @ 3:00pm from February 19th thru March 12th

Thursdays @ 1:00pm from February 22nd thru March 15th

Wednesdays @ 4:00pm from March 28th thru April 18th

Mondays @ 11am from April 2nd thru April 23rd

Wednesdays @ 10am from April 11th thru May 2nd
