Be Your Best Self is a 50-minute seminar that meets once a week for four weeks. Students learns valuable self-help skills focusing on topics including stress, mindfulness, emotions, personal priorities & values, interpersonal effectiveness, and tolerating distress. Walk-ins are welcome!
