Do you lead a Towson student group?
Do you know what to do with all those photos and meeting minutes you gathered this past year?
Why not give them to Towson University’s Archives?
On Tuesday, December 12th (Reading Day) from 3-5 in Cook Library Room 507, the staff of Cook Library’s Special Collections and Archives will host a time capsule event where you can give your group’s documents, photos, and other memories to the Archives so that they can be preserved.
By donating your group’s materials to the Archives, it will enable future members of your organization to be able to learn more easily about what your organization accomplished and how you made it all happen.
While it is a requirement for some organizations to submit their materials to the Archives as part of the Tiger Stripes program, any student organization is welcome to this event and is encouraged to share their materials with the Archives.
Refreshments will be served.
