Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a method of curriculum development aimed at reducing barriers that may exist for students in their learning. UDL – outlined by the Center for Applied and Special Technologies – is designed around specific neural networks which inform three general principles for designing flexible curricula that include multiple means of engagement, action and expression, and representation.
Join this year’s cohort of UDL faculty who will discuss how they transformed syllabi to include UDL principles for Fall 2017 and practices and learn how you can join the 2018 cohort.
Coffee and light refreshments will be served.
