Monday, October 30: Exercise and Nutrition Trivia, 3:00pm to 6:00pm in Burdick

Fitness can be a positive addition to our lives, but the gym can also breed unhealthy behaviors. When does it cross the line? Over-exercising and restricted nutrition are some of the topics we’ll cover in this fun trivia. Free giveaways!

Tuesday, October 31: Scare Away Your Insecurities, 12:00pm to 2:00pm in the University Union, 2nd Floor

This Halloween face your insecurities and scare them away! Check out your altered reflection in our Funhouse mirrors, and then write a positive affirmation to post in its place.

Wednesday, November 1: Nourish Your Body & Skin, 6:00pm to 8:00pm in West Village Commons Ballroom C

Pamper yourself and relax without worrying about appearances! Instead nourish your body, skin, and soul with a number of fun activities, 30-minute beginner’s yoga sessions, body scrubs, facials, hair masks, essential oils, glitter jars, nutritious snacks, and SO much more. Enjoy free food and mocktails! Enter a raffle to win a free massage. You won’t want to miss this!

Thursday, November 2: Smash the Scale, 11:00am to 1:00pm on the Beach (in front of Cook Library)

Scales are not a measure of our self-worth. Take a hammer to a scale to show that you are more than just a number. A limited number of scales will be provided. Please bring your own if possible!
