Be Your Best Self: Skills for Coping, Feeling, and Relating, at the Counseling Center

Be Your Best Self is a four session, 50-minute seminar that teaches students valuable self-help skills focusing on topics including stress, mindfulness, emotions, personal priorities & values, interpersonal effectiveness, and tolerating distress. Walk-ins are welcome!
