How Fit Are You? As Part of National Public Health Month, Come to Burdick Hall on Friday, April 28, 2017, and Find Out for Free!

Are you a student interested in learning how you perform on a physical fitness assessment?  If so, the Department of Kinesiology Exercise Science Students will be happy to assist you!

As part of National Public Health Month, on Friday, April 28, in Burdick 102, Exercise Science students will be conducting free comprehensive physical fitness assessments for students to include resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular fitness and flexibility.

To participate, you must be willing to follow explicit pre-test instructions which will be emailed to your TU email address once you successfully sign up.  You must also be willing to stay for the full assessment which is approximately 75 minutes in length.
