Need assistance on how to find an internship, get hired, and capitalize on the experience? The 2017 Internship Conference is the place for you to be! Come out on Thursday, March 9 from 9:30a.m – 2:30p.m in the University Union 3rd floor and Chesapeake rooms to hear tips from employers like UNDER ARMOUR & VERIZON, as well as fellow students on how to stand out (and increase your chances of being hired full time), build connections, and navigate office etiquette. We will prepare you to handle anything that comes your way during your internship search and experience.
Some things to look forward to: Under Armour will host a session on internship opportunities. Creative Arts Panel featuring Center Stage and the Baltimore Museum of Art. Nonprofits Panel featuring the Arc, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Maryland CASA. STEM & Research Panel with UPS IT and Baltimore Police Forensics. Global Experiences & the Study Abroad Office will talk about international internships.
