Free Therapist Led Guided Meditation Sessions

Interested in improving your well-being? Meditation has proven emotional, cognitive and physical health benefits. Join other students interested in working on mindfulness through meditation at the TU Meditation Room. Each session will be led by a TU Counseling Center therapist.

February 17, 4 pm: Mindfulness of Breathing

February 21, 3 pm: Guided Visualization

February 23, 4 pm: Guided Visualization

March 1, 3 pm: Progressive Muscle Relaxation

March 7, 2 pm: Progressive Muscle Relaxation

March 15, 1 pm: Breath and Thoughts

April 12, 11 am: Progressive Muscle Relaxation

May 2, 3 pm: Loving Kindness
