As a Pell Grant recipient, you may be eligible to apply for the following Study Abroad Scholarship.
The Gilman Scholarship Program offers study abroad awards to Pell Grant recipients. The goal of the program is to support undergraduate students who might otherwise not study abroad due to financial constraints. Students can receive up to $5,000 to pursue academic studies or credit-bearing, career-oriented internships abroad.
Application Deadline: MARCH 7, 2017
IMPORTANT: All students must meet with a Study Abroad Advisor before applying for the Gilman Scholarship. Come to a Study Abroad Information Session to find out more about study abroad funding opportunities and to start planning your overseas experience. Sessions are held Monday through Friday at 2:00 p.m. in Rm. #408 on the 4th floor of the Psychology Building.
