Submit it by Halloween.

FAFSA Tips
- This new FAFSA is available earlier than prior years and it uses your prior-prior year (2015) income data, which is available now.
- Use the FAFSA IRS Data Retrieval Tool to automatically upload your IRS income data.
(Enter your name and address exactly like it was listed on your IRS Tax Return.)
