All first semester freshman students are enrolled in a section of ORIE 305 (First Year Advising) this semester. October is Academic Advising Month at Towson as students get ready for spring course enrollment in November. Please be sure to watch for and respond to messages from your FYE advisor about meetings and appointments coming up in October and early November.
On Friday, September 23rd an academic advising hold was placed on the accounts of all freshman students. This hold blocks a student from registering for spring 2017 classes until he/she has met with his/her advisor and completed any requirements. This academic advising hold does NOT block registration for minimester (winter) classes which opens on Thursday, October 6th.
