What is The Associate Competition?

How does The Associate work?
Eight graduating seniors from the college are selected to compete. The candidates are divided into two teams. Each week, a participating company poses a case to the teams who have one week to prepare a solution and present the following week. A panel of judges led by an executive from the presenting company critiques the teams. One team is selected as the winner and a team member from the losing team is let go from the competition. As the candidates narrow down, a round of individual interviews determines with the final four determine the two finalists who go on to compete head-to-head in the final. The winner is offered a job with the presenting company.

This is a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in which you will grow and learn tremendously both personally and professionally–gaining hands-on experiences very few of your peers will get.
