Do the #MondayMile!

Join the September 10,000 steps per day Wellness Challenge!

Come to Freedom Square this Monday at 5:30 PM for a mile walk (or run, if you want) around the TU campus! This will be a great event to get you up and moving, as well as meeting new people! If you don’t have one already, we will also be giving out gymtowels, with the Monday Mile logo on them!

All participants will get a FREE T-shirt (while supplies last)! For more information email kroller@towson.edu
