As part of the Towson University Strategic Plan TU 2020, which calls for Academic Excellence and Student Success and an emphasis on internships and experiential learning, the Office of Civic Engagement & Leadership has created a grant opportunity for Service-Learning courses.
Faculty may apply for grant money to support a significant service-learning project within their course. The funds allow faculty to structure a pedagogical service-learning experience to “take a course to the next level.”
To apply for Fall 2016, Winter 2017, Spring 2017, Summer 2017 please complete an application and submit to Stephanie Easterday at seasterday@towson.edu by August 15, 2016 @ 5:00pm.
