The Writing Center in the College of Liberal Arts is open during summer sessions through July 28, 2016. Writing assistants are available Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Writers can make an appointment in person in LA 5330 or by calling 410-704-3426.
The Writing Center provides individual writing support to all members of the Towson community, including undergraduate and graduate students as well as faculty and staff members. We work with writers at any stage of the writing process from brainstorming to polishing a final draft.
Writing assistants work with writers to develop and organize their thoughts, sharpen their focus, and communicate their ideas more clearly and precisely. We support writers with any type of writing project, whether a PowerPoint presentation for a sociology class, a lab report for biology, or a resume for a summer internship.
