On May 31, 2016, the Office of Human Resources will transition the university from using the paper Employment Eligibility Verification Form (Form I-9) to an electronic version of the Form I-9 accompanied by E-Verify. This process is being automated, in collaboration with HireRight, to ensure compliance.
Section 1 of the Form I-9 must be completed on or before the first day of work. Failure to complete the Form I-9 in the required timeframe may result in separation.
Students will access Section 1 of the Form I-9 via the provided link on the Student Hire Form. Presentation of physical documentation to OHR staff will be required to complete Section 2.
