To ensure you will have a space to take your final exams when the DSS Testing Center is managing a large volume of tests, please be sure to do the following:
- You are encouraged to begin scheduling final exam appointments as soon as possible, no less than 5 business days in advance (not including weekends). Early scheduling will help make sure you have a space at the time your test is scheduled.
- Be sure to schedule your final exam appointments only at the following times: 8:00am, 10:15am, 12:30pm and 3:00pm.
- Speak with your professor if you request your final exam appointment at an alternative time than your class (i.e., you are in an evening class or in back to back classes where extended time may overlap).
- Be on time for your scheduled exam. If you arrive past 15 minutes of your start time, this may result in your exam being rescheduled.
- Be prepared with all of the materials you are allowed to use on the exam (pencil/pen, scan-tron-be sure to know which version your professor requires, blue books). Scan-trons and blue books are 50 cents each if you are purchasing them from the Testing Center. We cannot guarantee we will have the scan-tron required for your exam.
Your cooperation with the above requests will be of benefit to you by minimizing last minute stress. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly at (410) 704-2304 or pchachulski@towson.edu. Thank you very much.
Yours Sincerely
Patrick Chachulski
