Get fit with Jess through Kung Fu!

Do you have new resolutions this year, one of them being to work out and get fit? Well here’s your chance! Learn basic Kung Fu, a type of martial art, while also working out your whole body. You’ll have fun while building muscle mass and getting fit! What better way to work out? Come out and try it!

No previous Kung Fu experience is needed!  Just wear workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and come prepared to work out in West Village Meeting Room 305 on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00!
