Pay Towson University tuition while you study for semester or a year at another National Student Exchange (NSE) school in the U.S. Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Canada. To be eligible, you must be a full-time student with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. There are openings for fall 2016 and spring 2017 with an application deadline of February 29, 2016.
