The National Student Exchange provides an opportunity for Towson students to study at one of more than 200 institutions across the U.S., in parts of Canada, and some pretty exotic locales such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. And a student can study elsewhere at essentially the tuition rate that they pay to Towson.
