The 30 Day Wellness Challenge is here!
Are you interested in improving your health and well-being but do not know where to start? Then the 30 day wellness challenge is for you! All you have to do is commit to doing something good for yourself for 30 days straight. Really, it is that easy! You could choose to do a variety of activities like walk 10,000 steps, take a group exercise class, or eat a healthy meal. Or you could focus on one wellness task for 30 days like committing to drinking a green smoothie for 30 days straight.
Are you ready to take the challenge? Pick up an awesome challenge board at the Health Center front desk and track your progress. At the end of 30 days you can submit your board to win an active kit (while supplies last).
