Benefits Bulletin: DHMH Calls are not Related to State of Maryland Wellness Plan

The state of Maryland Employee Benefits Division notified all agencies that some state employees have received calls from the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; they are conducting a phone survey named Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System.  The number that may appear on caller ID is 410-767-6774.  The questions asked are similar to those questions in our wellness plan health risk assessment.  However, these survey questions ARE NOT tied to our wellness plan and faculty and staff ARE NOT required to participate in this survey.
