More About the Competition
Teams will have four weeks to compile solutions to real world business cases provided by professional organizations and will present to a panel of regional business leaders. Winning teams will receive recognition including certificates, padfolios and recognition in university media.
- Case provided 4 weeks in advance
- Choose from 3 Tracks: Global Business, Project Management, Marketing
Case Competition Rules:
- Only Towson University students are eligible to participate on teams.
- At least one member of the team must have a major within CBE (admitted to the business administration, accounting or e-business majors and combined majors OR majoring in economics).
- Teams must have a minimum of three members and no more than four.
- The competition is limited to 5 teams per track (15 teams total).
- Teams will receive the case via email on Oct. 16.
- All teams must arrive on time on the morning of the competition in order to participate.
- Teams will be randomly assigned presentation time slots on the morning of the competition.
- Presentations for case solutions will be limited to 20 minutes per team. There will be an additional five minutes for questions from the judges. Presentations may NOT contain more than 10 PowerPoint/Prezi slides.
