Are you interested a career in education? Learn about the world of education while eating a cool treat and meeting some cool people.
The College of Education is hosting an ice cream social outside of Hawkins Hall at Freedom Square for Towson freshman and others interested in a career in education.
The event is on Tuesday, September 22 from 4-5 p.m. Along with ice cream, the event will have student leaders there from various educational organizations to tell you about their groups and how you can get involved.
There will also be fun activities, food and giveaways.
It is okay that some students know they would like to be a teacher and others are still deciding. It doesn’t matter and everyone is welcome. The College of Education wants you to feel a part of the rich history and tradition of the College of Education at Towson University.
