If you are currently enrolled in health benefits, your 2015 benefits will rollover to 2016. You do not have to take action unless you want to change benefits, dependents, or enroll in a flexible spending account in 2016.
If you wish to make changes to 2016 benefits, the steps to follow will differ based on your status:
- Regular faculty and staff who have an existing benefits record must use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to make changes during open enrollment. Paper enrollment forms will not be accepted.
- Regular faculty and staff who do not have an existing benefits record must use the 2016 paper enrollment form.
- Contingent faculty and staff must use the 2016 paper enrollment form whether there is an existing benefits record or this is the first time electing benefits. The IVR is not available for contingent faculty and staff
