Looking for last minute community service hours? Join us for one or both of our perennial planting events in the Glen on Thursday, May 7th and/or Friday, May 8th from 12-5pm, AND earn a Glen Arboretum t-shirt for your efforts!
There are hundreds of perennial flowers and shrubs that need your help to find their new homes in the Glen. We’ll be planting Thursday the 7th from 12-5 and Friday the 8th from 12-5, and planting either day will earn you your very own Glen Arboretum t-shirt!
On both days, we’ll be meeting at the gazebo near the entrance to the Glen behind Smith Hall at 12 pm. If you can’t make it until later, we’ll be working in that area, so come when you can and join in!
Dress for outdoor work. Work gloves, tools, snacks and refreshments will be provided.
