It is my pleasure to announce that the Teacher Education Club is hosting it’s first “Spotlight on the Professor” Series, and we are honored to have Professor Arnita McArthur come share her experiences in education. She will discuss why she chose the field of education and how rewarding it is, among other experiences such as her work in the Baltimore School Board. You may have had Professor McArthur for Towson Seminar (TSEM102) or for the Teaching and Learning in a Diverse Society course (EDUC 203). If you are looking to hear about different perspectives from other professors who have been in the field, you will want to hear Professor McArthur! The time is Wednesday, April 22nd, from 7:00 pm-8:15 pm in the Psychology Building, Room 202. If you plan to attend, please let me know!
I hope you can attend this discussion with Prof. McArthur as she is one of the most inspirational, helpful, and wise professors at Towson!
