Pathways is designed to assist sophomore and junior accounting majors in acquiring industry knowledge and an understanding of the variety of services McGladrey has to offer mid-sized corporations. Students will also gain insight into their own career objectives by attending events designed to help them grow, discover and test the boundaries of their abilities.
During the program, McGladrey offers three career-centered days designed to provide educational, fun and networking opportunities including; meeting their staff, meeting their clients, job shadowing, and other leadership/teambuilding events.
How to Apply:
- Visit towson.edu/careercenter, click Hire@TU, log in using your TU NetID and password. Be sure that the data in your profile is up-to-date. Click “Interviews,” then click “Qualified Interviews.”
- Click the “Schedule ID#” to review the job description. (Your profile information and applicant type should match the criteria listed in the job description to maximize your search).
- Click “Request Interview” – this allows you to send the uploaded resume of your choice. (Remember to have your resume reviewed at The Career Center before posting it).
- The application deadline is one week prior to the interview date (Make sure you apply on time). You will receive an email regarding employer decisions. If accepted, you will be instructed to sign up through Hire@TU for an interview slot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
