Open enrollment concluded on Friday, November 14. The state of Maryland Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is processing open enrollment forms and generating confirmation statements as quickly as possible. EBD expects to process over 200,000 paper forms this year and asks for your patience while they wrap up open enrollment.
Open enrollment confirmation statements will be emailed to you using Towson University’s secure file delivery service. Upon receipt of the email, please review your confirmation statement carefully and report any processing errors to the HR-Benefits office.
You have 30 days from receipt of your confirmation statement to make changes due to administrative error if your form was processed incorrectly by EBD. To correct your confirmation statement, note the correction on the form, sign and date the form, and send it to HR-Benefits. You may send your statement via campus mail or fax it to 410-704-6321.
