Fall 2014’s Redoubtable Dons – Two Talks Remain

The Dons, now in their 26th year, are a cross-disciplinary gathering of Towson University faculty who, in a non-specialized way, share their scholarly and creative interests, sabbatical reports, or works published or progressing.  All faculty are members because one aim, besides keeping the intellectual tide high and wide, is to make our large campus smaller and its collegiality stronger.

Two talks remain this year:

November 21:  Julie Knight (Regional Economic Studies Institute) on “Contemporary EU Enlargement and Economic Migration”

December 12:  Susan Kirchner (Dance) on “A Postmodern Perspective on Choreography”

These talks are held at 3:30pm in the University Club, Towson University Marriott, before happy hour when good spirits contribute to spirited talk.  All are welcome to attend and welcome also to give a talk.  Contact George Hahn in the English Department at ghahn@towson.edu to receive a list of past presentations or to book a date for yourself.
