Please find below information on payment options that are available to faculty and staff.
Payroll Deduction:
Don’t miss out on your opportunity to take advantage of payroll deduction for your parking permit! Regular Faculty/Staff members who were not enrolled in payroll deduction for the 2013-2014 academic year but wish to enroll for the upcoming academic year may do so during the open enrollment time frame, which is July 14, 2014 – August 22, 2014. After August 22, 2014, payroll deduction will no longer be available as an option for current regular employees when purchasing a fall 2014 permit. IF you miss the deadline to sign up for payroll deduction you will need to select another payment method. Payroll deduction is available to all regular, non-contingent employees who choose to enroll.
To enroll and use payroll deduction as your payment method, permits should be purchased online by going to the Parking & Transportation Services website and clicking on “eParking.” On the purchase page for your permit, select “Payroll Deduction” as the payment method. Next, you must complete and submit a Payroll Deduction card to the Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO) located on the 1st floor of the University Union. Payroll Deduction cards are only available in person at ASBO. Additionally, you must sign the completed Payroll Deduction card and return it to ASBO within 5 business days of your online permit purchase. Permits will be returned if the payroll deduction card is not completed within the 5 business days.
Installment Plan:
Don’t miss out on your opportunity to take advantage of the Installment Payment Plan for your parking permit! Faculty/Staff members, who wish to enroll for the upcoming academic year and use installment payments, may do so during the open enrollment timeframe, which is July 14, 2014 – December 12, 2014. The Installment Payment Plan is available to all Regular and Contingent employees who choose to enroll.
To enroll and use installment plan as your payment method, permits should be purchased online by going to the Parking & Transportation Services website and clicking on “eParking.” On the purchase page for your permit, select “Installment Plan” as the payment method. To enroll, you must complete and submit an Installment Payment Plan card to the Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO) located on the 1st floor of the University Union. Installment Payment Plan cards are only available in person at ASBO. Individuals using the Installment Payment Plan must pay their first installment payment by the first day of fall 2014 classes or within five business days of the permit purchase at ASBO. Permit will be returned if the Installment Payment Plan card is not completed and the first payment is not made within the allotted timeframe.
Other payment options include credit card, cash and check. Please review the information provided with your receipt regarding any special instructions regarding payment.
Fall 2014 parking permits will be valid as of Monday, August 11, 2014. If you need to park on campus prior to this date, you must have a Fall 2013/Spring 2014 permit or purchase a visitor parking permit.
