The purpose of the Pepsi grant is to provide support for community outreach programs that provide educational opportunities or experiences that may otherwise be unavailable to students, build curiosity about higher education, and/or prepare historically underrepresented and disadvantaged youth for higher education. Previous applicants have used these funds to supplement or enrich new or existing outreach programs. Priority will be given to programs serving high-school-aged students.
- Complete the Pepsi Grant Application for Fiscal Year 2014 that is available in the online Forms Repository under University Marketing. - Requests should be between $500 and $2,000 and be allocated for programming, educational materials or other pre-approved expenditures.
- Pepsi funding should not be the predominant funding source for program requests
- All Pepsi grant money will be transferred from Integrated Marketing Services department budget to the recipients’ departments’ budgets during Fall 2014. The funds should be used by April 1, 2015.
- Each recipient must document how the grant was spent by providing copies of receipts and a short summary report including an evaluation of the program before applying for any future Pepsi grants.
