This is the time of year when many special weekend events may occur and for which special materials might be ordered. In the event that a regular, non-express shipment, becomes urgent let Material Management know as soon as possible. We will flag the order for your notification as soon as it is received at our warehouse. When your delivery arrives at our receiving station, we will contact you. You may pick up the package at our warehouse, or if circumstances permit, we will attempt same-day delivery. Otherwise, delivery will be scheduled as usual for the next business day. Materials ordered with “express” delivery will be brought directly to you by the carrier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc. We recommend the use of express shipment whenever materials urgently needed for an event are ordered on short notice.
