Volunteer assignments are first-come-first served and you may select from a variety of different options such as greeting guests and distributing programs, assisting guests with special needs, and helping with the student line-up.  Volunteer duties begin 1-2 hours prior to each ceremony (depending on the assignment).

While we only require a commitment to serve for one ceremony, we strongly encourage those whose schedules allow to register for a full day (2 ceremonies) in order to maintain optimum smoothness of operation.  Snacks and beverages will be available on-site for volunteers at all ceremonies.  Lunch will be provided in between ceremonies to volunteers serving a full day.

Register today to help us make spring commencement a day to remember for TU graduates and their families!  Please obtain your supervisor’s approval before submitting your request.
