The FERPA Compliance course has moved to a new location within Blackboard. It is now housed under the HRC: OHR Compliance Suite along with the new Title IX, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and Reporting of Child Abuse/ Neglect Training course.
All faculty hired as of August 2012 and all staff who have access to student records are asked to complete this overview and short quiz.
To access the OHR Compliance Suite:
- Go to https://blackboard.towson.edu,
- Log into Blackboard with your regular Towson University credentials, and
- Click on the HRC: OHR Compliance Suite course title within the My Courses
- Choose FERPA from the list of courses on the left side
