Come join OSPR for Research Week — March 31st-April 4th!
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, mini-workshops will be held from 12PM-1PM in Cook Library (Room 411). This Brown-bag Lunch series will cover a variety of grants-related topics. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own meals.
- Monday: how to properly manage an award and read / interpret PeopleSoft reports.
- Tuesday: how to locate funding opportunities for a project using the resources and services available to Towson University faculty.
- Wednesday: the mechanics of IRB reviews, specifically the difference between exempt and expedited research topics.
On Thursday and Friday, from 2PM-4PM, Open House sessions will be held in the new OSPR space on the second floor of the Administration Building (Room 212E). During these sessions you will be able to meet and greet OSPR staff (and put a face to those names!), and receive personalized answers to your grants and contracts questions. Refreshments will be served throughout the sessions.
