Process change to 311-Ts for student employees

When hiring student employees, please ensure that the start date listed on the 311-T is the official and correct start date for when the student began employment.  Effective Tuesday, April 1, if a student employee brings a 311-T to the Office of Human Resources with an incorrect start date, he or she will be asked to get a new 311-T from their supervisor with the official start date.  Student employees will not be permitted to complete their I-9 without a 311-T with the correct start date.
