It’s that time of the year again! Performance evaluations for all regular exempt, non-exempt and contingent II staff employees for the period of March 1, 2013 through February 28, 2014 are due soon. Employees will be rated on two possibilities: “meets expectations” and “does not meet expectations.” The forms are available on the forms repository and can be downloaded to prepare.
It is important to note that the performance evaluation determines if an employee is eligible for merit. Any employee that receives an overall “does not meet expectations” rating will not be eligible for merit, when available. However, evaluations and merit distribution are two separate processes.
