Financial Services and OTS are working toward an automated business travel system with consulting firm Gideon Taylor. The goal is to transition TU from a paper-based process to an online workflow that includes electronic forms and online routing for approvals. Travelers will be able to track how far along they are in each approval process online. The goal is to streamline the entire system, making it easier and more efficient for travelers.
