Bill Bateman’s Bistro, the Game Day headquarters for Tiger football, will host a viewing party on Friday, Dec. 13 when the No. 7 Tigers continue their post-season drive with an NCAA FCS Quarterfinals game at No. 2 Eastern Illinois.
All Tiger students and fans are invited to attend the Viewing Party which will start at 7:30 p.m. Kick-off is set for 8 p.m. on ESPN2. All the TV’s in the restaurant will be tuned in to watch the Tigers and the Panthers.
The Tigers, who are 7-0 on the road this season, will be facing a high-scoring Eastern Illinois squad on Friday night. The Panthers are averaging more than 48 points per game. Towson advanced to the NCAA quarter-finals with a 48-28 win over Fordham on Saturday.
The Tigers set a school record with their 11th victory of the season.
Bill Bateman’s Bistro will be providing several specials in conjunction with the viewing party.
