Richard E. Vatz, ILPD, was a guest on Marc Steiner’s WEAA talk show on September 18 to discuss the Navy Yard shootings and whether there are strategies for prevention.  He also discussed that issue in a segment on WBFF television on September 17 and was interviewed on September 10 on the use of public opinion by the President in his address to the nation on Syria.
