Customer Service Matters

You’re invited to a lunch and learn seminar on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 in Administration Building, room 120, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Bring your lunch – we will provide the cookies and assorted drinks!

Please join us as we welcome our very own Assistant Director of Dining Services for the West Village Food Court, Marissa Brodie as she shares the two aspects of customer service and the importance of setting the stage. Hear the many benefits of delivering great customer service and think about how the service philosophy of a number of local companies can be applied to your role to make our campus-wide customer service even better. Marissa has a degree in  Hospitality Management from Penn State University and has worked at a number of restaurants and hotels. She joined Chartwells in 2009 and has managed and trained associates in customer service at Susquehanna, Patuxent, West Village Retail and Outtakes, Paws, and 7720 Cafe.

Please RSVP by August 6 here.

If you have any questions, please contact Mike Noll, Training & Development Manager, at x4-6015 or at mnoll@towson.edu
