The Facilities Management Department is conducting an energy audit of campus buildings through the assistance of Constellation Energy. These audits will begin after 4 p.m. and will only focus on building envelopes (exterior walls, roof, etc.). All audit teams will be escorted by the Constellation Energy Project Manager, who will be wearing a visible ID card. The teams will be examining interior spaces, mainly perimeter rooms, basements, mechanical spaces, stairwells, etc. Teams will take measures as needed to protect desks and furniture and clean up any dust or debris when removing ceiling tiles.
Building occupants are advised to take precautionary steps to safeguard personal items of value and to put away sensitive documents prior to the survey date.
