In celebration of National Student Employment Week 2013 (April 7– 13), on-campus offices and departments who employ student workers are encouraged to enter the National Student Employment Week Banner Contest. Participating offices should create a banner according to the following guidelines:
- Banner must show appreciation to your student employees; be creative! Banner paper will be provided by the Career Center
- “National Student Employment Week 2013” and the dates “April 7-13”must be displayed on the banner
- Once completed, the banner must be on display in a highly visible area within your office from April 7 through April 13.
Banners will be judged by selected student employees and the winning staff will receive a pizza party (up to ten large pizzas) courtesy of Papa John’s!
If you would like to enter the contest, please contact Savina Wiggins, Student Employment Coordinator or x4-2730 no later than Monday, March 25.
