Performance evaluations for all regular exempt, non-exempt and contingent II staff employees for the period of March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013 will again be rated on a streamlined scale that contains two options: “meets expectations” and “does not meet expectations.” These evaluation forms help to alleviate the misunderstanding around the numerical scales previously used for performance evaluations. The forms are available on the forms repository.
It is important to note that evaluation forms have no effect on the calculation of merit pay, as evaluations and merit distribution are separate processes.
