For New CISCO IP Phone Users: Retrieving Voicemail from Off-Campus

For those of you who currently have a new Cisco IP Phone, below are the instructions for retrieving your voicemail from off-campus. This will be helpful during the upcoming holiday season. Please note the new phone number.

Retrieving Voicemail

1. Dial 410-704-6200 from any location.
2. You will be prompted to enter your ID followed by #. This is your extension (beginning with 4).
3. You will be prompted to enter your pin followed by #.
4. New messages will begin to play.
5. Refer to page 2 of this self-help document for Voicemail Commands.

Voicemail Commands
Below are helpful shortcut keys you may use while playing your message, or after the message has been played.

During the Message
1 – Restarts the message
3 – Deletes the message
5 – Saves the message
6 – Speeds up the message
7 – Slows down the message
7 – Skips back
9 – Plays the message properties
* – Cancels playing the message

After the Message
1 – Repeats the message
3 – Deletes the message
4 – Forwards the message
5 – Saves the message
6 – Marks the message as new
