Addresses may be updated manually by submitting a form to Towson?s Payroll Office. For instructions on how to do so, visit the Financial Services web page: {http://www.towson.edu/adminfinance/fiscalplanning/financialservices/Payroll-AddressChange.asp}. Central Payroll Bureau suggests that address change requests be initiated no later than December 1, 2011.
