New Procedures for Printing Needs of the Entire Campus

The Procurement Department is pleased to announce a new campuswide Master Printing contract with six local, full-service printing firms who are anxious to assist the campus with all our printing needs. This contract is to be used even for projects under $5,000 and multiple bids are not required. (See TU Policy on Use of Available Contracts which explains the benefits of using the university?s buying power and thus requires the use of blanket contracts.)

For projects over $5,000, departments will work with our experts in the Design Center to get bids from the appropriate firms. The new process is quick and easy. Try it.
