Payroll Direct Deposit Update for Contractual Employees

Yesterday the Towson University Payroll Office notified the campus community of an error in direct deposits for all State of Maryland contractual employees. Later that afternoon the State Treasurer?s office was successful in transferring the payroll files to the State?s bank, M&T. Currently, paychecks for the majority of contractual employees should be direct deposited and available. Please note that the TU Payroll Office is looking into solutions for any bank fees that might have been charged to contractual employees as a result of the State?s error.
