All faculty and staff who collected paychecks in the mail for the last two pay periods received an insert advertising the Music Department?s upcoming performance of Mosaic.

The eighth annual performance showcases ensembles, soloists, and dramatic lighting in “surround-sound” theater. The University Orchestra, Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble, Early Music Ensemble, University Chorale, Music for the Stage ensembles, as well as soloists, small ensembles and student composers, will present a whirlwind 60 minutes of music covering Baroque to big-band, Moussorgsky to minimalism, Beethoven to barbershop, and Sondheim to swing.
